• The Green Heart of Summer Time (8-Acre Central Park): A large green space at the heart of the project, functioning as a lung to filter air, reduce temperature, and create a pristine environment that supports relaxation for residents from all areas, including villas, condominiums, and commercial zones.
• Botanical Diversity & Flora Trail: Carefully selected and collected exotic plants, ornamental trees for shade, and native trees. Accompanied by a nature trail (Botanical Walkway) arranged according to botanical principles, offering both enjoyment and knowledge with every step.
• Lotus Pond & Reflecting Water Feature: A large lotus pond and reflecting water feature at the center of the garden, adding moisture and creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhances the overall aesthetic of the project.
