The entire area is divided into 5 main zones to create a self-sustaining ecosystem for living, as follows:
- 1.Lifestyle Mall & Supermarket (Area: approximately 10 Rai) : 2-story commercial building and shopping mall with a high ceiling design, where the ground floor will be used as an indoor parking lot for the convenience of residents and visitors
- 2.Boutique Shophouse & Walking Street (Area: approximately 12 Rai) : Boutique-style commercial buildings with 2-3 stories, featuring a vibrant walking street that mimics the lively atmosphere of Siam Square in Bangkok, bringing that modern urban feel to Phuket
- 3.Private Residence Zone (Single-Family Pool Villas) : Premium pool villas (Premium Pool Villas) with large plots ranging from 150 to 200 square wah per unit, emphasizing privacy and high-end living
